EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND WARRANTY

Read all instructions carefully so that you have all the information before making your purchase.

The exchange and return of products will be carried out within the terms and conditions established in the consumer rights protection law.
Exchanges and returns of products will be made only in the territories where the office has access.
In the event that returns or exchanges are made effective, shipping and dispatch costs will be the responsibility of the user.
If use or damage of the exchange product is detected, it will be returned to a branch to be agreed with the client, STARKEN or CHLEXPRESS PAYABLE, immediately losing its guarantee.

Returned products that show damage due to misuse or deterioration, breaks, bumps, marks, scratches, darkening of the metal due to use, pH of the skin, or any other factor, will automatically lose their warranty.

The HOOPS are not exchangeable for health reasons.
CHAIN cuts are not covered by warranty, it is only covered when the terminal piece has been unsoldered from the ends.

Special Orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except in cases of material failure. In cases where these include chain, the guarantee conditions remain as indicated in the previous point Chain Cuts.

If the exchange is made and approved to another one of lower value, no refund will be made for the difference. If there is a balance, it cannot be claimed to cover all or part of the shipping cost. If the exchanged product is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference in money.

Product returns are not made either due to regret or any other related event. In this sense, Unicus Inversiones Limitada makes use of the power contained in article 3 bis letter b) of the consumer protection law, expressly establishing that the consumer does not have the right of withdrawal.
