Your purchases will be sent by Private courier, Starken or Chilexpress depending on destination availability.

PRODUCT DISPATCH

• The purchased products will be subject to the shipping and delivery conditions chosen by the user and available on the Unicus Inversiones Limitada site.
• The shipping address of the products is the responsibility of the person making the purchase.
• Product shipments are only made within Continental Chilean territory.
• Delivery times run from the moment the purchase and the payment method are validated.
• The days for compliance with the deadlines correspond to business days, taking 2 business days (48 hours) to dispatch to the courier assigned for the Metropolitan Region and 3 business days (72 hours) for the Regions.
• On Mondays, deliveries are not made to the assigned courier.
• Deliveries are not made to addresses that correspond to a mailbox.
• Products that for any reason cannot be delivered to the addresses indicated by users will be sent to Unicus Inversiones Limitada. It will be the sole responsibility of the user to manage the withdrawal of the product directly with Unicus Joyas personnel. To do this you must write to the following email: contacto@unicus.cl

UNICUS JOYAS LTDA WILL SEND EACH CUSTOMER A TRACKING NUMBER OF THE ASSIGNED COURIER IF THE CUSTOMER HAS AN ONLINE TRACKING SYSTEM, ALLOWING THE CUSTOMER TO VERIFY THE STATUS OF THEIR SHIPPING OR CLAIM DIRECTLY TO THE CUSTOMER.
